Investors can purchase a turn-key (completed) property with a positive monthly cash flow, or elect to start a rehab project with at least a 30% profit margin built in.

If you elect a rehab project, we provide a comprehensive property package that includes:  the property, financial analysis, construction estimate, contractor to complete project, and 100%financing.  Financing may include up to 6 months carrying costs.  At the end of the project, we offer easy refinancing if you plan to hold for cash flow or a vast realtor network for quick resale and quick profit!
